This Privacy Policy explains how Sprowlsware LLC (“Sprowlsware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Kitsugo mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Where required by law, we rely on legal bases including performance of our agreement with you, your consent (which you can withdraw), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only as needed to operate the App:

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights and the safety of users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this Policy.
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage and to detect and fix crashes. This data helps us improve the App and is generally used in aggregated or pseudonymized form. You can limit some data collection through your device settings.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at support@kitsugo.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California) may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including rights to know, access, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
